Default Is this stuff any good?

I don't have a lot of money right now, so is just getting body fortress supps from Walmart good enough until I can get some really good stuff (I am mainly talking about whey by the way) or am I just waisting my time with it?

I agree, protein is protein. You may want to try to buy some Optimum Whey in bulk. Buy in bulk (5lb or more) and you'll come out better in the end.

I take the same stuff, bro. For the price, in these times, its better than nothing. And it mixes pretty good.
