Default New to supplements - a lil advice please !

Hi, I need some advice on supplements.

Im 20, weigh 12.5 stone, fast metabolism, and dont have a fantastic knowledge of supplements. Diet is OK - I'm a full time student so I do my best to get a decent intake of protein each day..

I train with weights 4 times a week, for 1.5 hour sessions and I seem to have hit a limit...I cant put on any more weight. Im looking for muscle and size.

So... initially i thought Id get myself 3-4 tubs of maximuscle progain / cyclone , but after flicking through these forums, quite frankly Im confused - many of you are combining what seems to be higher quality substances, for cheaper - which makes sense !

Therefore, with a budget of £100-£130 ( ...Student...) could anyone recommend a protein / creatine mix or better alternative to the progain / cyclone - that will last me 2-3 months, for the purpose I need ? Links and instructions on use would be... greatly appreciated !

Apologies if all this info is elsewhere...but theres SO much to know... its like a degree in itself =)

Cheers,
Criss

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.

Since I was curious when i read this, I figure I may as well add for anyone reading who doesn't know (i didn't) that 12.5 stone is 175 lbs., the supplement he mentioned is

http://www.bodyhut.com/shop/prodView.asp?idProduct=51

this, and 130 euros is about 180 dollars.

just in case anyone's interested. i always wondered what a stone was...

Ok so instead of the wieght gainer, just pick up some Whey protien, some dextrose and maltodextrin, and some good old creatine monohydrate. That should do the trick.
