Does anyone know a better all in one supplement than maximuscle progain extreme. It's costing a lot a week I don't know if It's good or not its only one I have used so far.

All in one? Just stick with whey, creatine,a multi, and fish oil. Forget about an all in one supp.

ya, definitely stick with individual supplements in my opinion. There's so many products out there that have a lot of fillers added into them. It may say they have all these ingredients, but the right amount and quality can be up in the air.

Stick with a quality whey, creatine, multi, omegas, etc.
Look for good deals on them, and even if it's a tad bit more expensive, at least you know what you're getting for your buck
