Default Supplement lists

I went to BK.com and spent about 3 hours reading around about the supplements they have since that I haven't gotten a response on my last post. So here's a list of supplements that I read and will be getting next week.

BCAA's 500 grams
Citrulline Malate Powder 200 grams
Creatine Ethyl Ester HCl 100 grams
Maltodextrin 7lb
Dextrose 2lb
100% Whey Protein

So what do you think?? Don't you think these are too much?? Opinions or thoughts will be much appreciated

Thanks!!

I would add some fish oil.
Cit. M has its benefits for sure but I find it rather prices.
Why both Maltodextrin and Dextrose?
Do you have a multi v?

Haha I have no idea. I just started taking everything at once. Based on what I've read, it sounds good. I'd give it a shot if I were you.

From taking all of this vs a couple of weeks ago, I can see a huge difference. Now my last sets have the best form and are just as strong as the first sets...in pretty much every exercise. I do about as many warm-up sets as I do working sets.

The beta alanine makes me tingle. People say it's like a niacin flush. But there is no flush...just a tingle. The first 3-4 times that I took it, I really noticed the tingling sensation. Today I barely even felt it.
