What about Waxy Maize? is that like the same as the maltodextrin or dextrose

Yes, you can use the WMS in place of a malto/dex mix. It has a bigger kick though so you need to start with a small dosage and go from there. You'll have more leeway with the dose on post workout but for pre you need to be careful at first...especially if it's the first high GI carb you've ever used immediately preworkout.
