I've looked @ them, but I haven't sat down to compare them. I'll do that 2nite. When you typed PWO, was that pre or post?

PWO = post workout

There are generally more BCAAs in a single serving of whey than in a "BCAA supplement". In addition, you get all of the other aminos. Whey is naturally high in BCAAs.

When people area referring to pre-workout, how do you all abbreviate it? I always use PRWO.

That sounds good. I always write it out because I didn't know if there was a good abbreviation.

ezpricematch.com is also a good place to buy stuff. They usually arrive in less than a week and they will match any price from a reputable website and undercut it by 5%. So shop around for the cheapest price and save the URL, punch into ezpricematch calc and presto - cheapest price out there.
