Default Supplement Suggestions?

Just wondering what supplements are widely suggested. Since there are so many different product types and ten times the amount of producers producing the same product, I was just curious what is suggested (and wouldn't conflict/overdose) on anything else.

Currently, all I'm taking is Optimum 100% Whey Protein. Took me a week of reading to decide on that, and I figure I'd ask around for suggestions of other supplements/vitamins that are worthwhile.

I can't find any way to up my Protein amount besides the powder, so I'm taking a scoop with a meal (6 meals at 500-600 calories). Safe to do? Just certainly no way in hell that I can get that much protein a day even when eating my usual diet which is normally meats and tuna or peanut butter sandwiches.

Thing is that I'm eating all I possibly can. I'd need to eat more meals with more protein in them, but I'm only piling in all I can eat.

Carbs aren't in issue to get. Just trying to get 260-275g of protein seems to be difficult on foods alone

Post your diet. That will be the easiest way to go about this. I get over 300g of protein every day when I'm strict with my diet. It's very possible. Also, read this: What a bodybuilder eats
