Default Supplements and age Appropriateness

Are supplements okay for someone like me who is 15 1/2 years old? My dad asked his trainer at the gym and she said i only need the protein and nutrition from food. I dont know if she is any good or if she knows what she is talking about, but i want a second opinion.

I agree, you really don't need too much at your age and you might actually hurt yourself by taking certain supplements. Whey protein, nutritious food, and maybe a multi vitamin is as far as I would go.

with all these supplement threads OTIS posts, i have come to the following conclusions:

1.) OTIS does not know his ass from the ground when it comes to training but will most likely be able to compile a 500+ page ebook to sell on amazon regarding supplements which will only contain opinions of others.

2.) his training is mediocre at the very best.

3.) he is obsessed with supplements.

4.) he needs to have dat der celltech
