Default What are the essential supplements?

I'm focused on putting weight on and putting on more noticeable muscle I'm not trying to become Brandon Curry or anything. But I'm just a little lost in what kind of supplements I should be buying, such as should I buy a protein powder as well as a weight gainer? or can the weight gainer cover both needs?

I just really need a list of the essentials I need to meet my goals to go along with weight lifting.

^^^ I knew something was missing. This too is essential.

In all honesty though, I am so sick of ice-cream I can promise you that I won't be having any more ice-cream till december. I promise.

Yeah, I guess you could say the words "essential" and "supplement" are oxy-morons.

Some vitamin and mineral support and efa's would be a very good idea, though.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.
