[QUOTE=Yitz;76488]hey again...
Is there anything else I could/should take besides the
protein powder? Animal Paks for the creatine + other vites?
Nano Vapor? I wanna keep it simple...

I took Nano Vapor a little while ago and it worked good for about 2 weeks. The firts few times you take it you feel like you can pick up anything but that surge doesnt last long maybe 30 mins or so. But after those two weeks all it does is make you need to use the bathroom.

Calories: as far as your calories in and calories spent go you are using more calories than you are taking in. That isnt going to help you can weight. You need to take in at least 500-1000 calories more than you use per day to gain.

hope this all helped

Yeah, I've been tracking using FitDay like Russ (I think) said,
and my intake is WAY too low. I'm going to have to go
with a protein powder or weight gainer to get them up...
my lifestyle is such that I don't think I have too many options.
My restaurant job won't let me eat whatever...pizza is always handy,
but I want like a chicken salad or something BETTER for me, so
I've stayed away from the pizza. I'm just tossing up between
powders, gainers, etc. But you are totally correct, my calories are WAY too low.
