supplements for weight gain
I'm back after 2 years...need to know something.
Guys at my gym are selling their own brand which they say is a mixture of everything. They say its not steroids, just necessary stuff to put on weight. Are such supplements safe to use?
A part from that, Are general B.B supplement safe to use for gaining weight? They say I have to sleep for 12 hrs and stop walking too and MUST do weight training.
Can i not put on weight by just consuming those supplements and NOT doing B.B?
My weight is 100 lbs, should be at least 140 lbs w.r.t height.

Don't believe that bullshit, the best supplement for body buildig and weight gain is food, eat big, lift big and you'll get big....no magical supplement can supplement fornte nutrition from just eating healthy and there's no way to grow muscle without putting in re time at the gym

health supplements
hi,
hello there people, I've started using "tfsupplements" and they are good, and easy to use
the best part i love about them is that they have widest range of health supplements to offer, with services like quick shipping within 3 days of order placed.
The awesome part is that the rates are very nominal and affordable. hope my experience will help you as it helped me.
Hope this proves useful.

Forget about expensive weight gainer supps. Make your own. Blend up some raw oatmeal into powder, put a couple scoops of protein, milk or juice, maybe a small low fat yogurt and you got something just as good as those supplements for less money...

Creatine monohydrate is worth taking. Whey protein is not bad if you need a little help getting enough protein. Otherwise most supplements are just a waste of time. Sleep is important, but I couldn't sleep for 12 hours if I tried.

try taking a "weight gainer" protein drink after your workout it's cheaper than food and its usually better quality for your goal. Make sure you are taking yur multi vitamin/s. As long as you are shocking your muscles you will gain bigger muscle. how much you shock them, that is up to you.

Came here to say this. Learn to count your calories and lift weights. Eat lots of egg whites, peanut butter, whole grains, and chicken breasts.
Steroids, and other supplements that mess with your hormones are NOT a good thing.

there are some supplements that can aid you in getting to where you want to be. Weight gainers are an extra calorie boost during the day, along with whey shakes. Keep on with an actual diet and work your supplements in there as well. Just don't strictly rely on them. Creatine can help with size gain as well. It's a staple in a lot of people's regimes.

He's absolutely right about this. If you're finding you still aren't gaining with food, you may be eating the wrong kinds. Nuts, oils, salmon, meat, avocado all have healthy fats that will help you gain.
You can also drink your calories in juice and soda (wouldn't recommend the soda).
If you still can't gain, you're still not eating enough. You might need to look at an appetite stimulant like nutragainer or black hole.
