Default Swole v2 Creatine Review

So I have just switched to Swole v2 after a while of using just plain micronized creatine cause I am a cheap ass. Been using it twice a day, once about 30 minutes before a workout and then once with my late night meals. I found taking it 30 minutes before my workout gave me a good pump so I have been continuing to time it as such. Overall the taste is pretty fricken good for a supplement and I highly recommend the fruit punch. It disolves easily in water and you are left with hardly any crystals on the bottom after a good stir, unlike alot of other creatine mixes.

Swole v2 is also pretty cheaped compared to its competition such as SAN V12 Turbo which is a little too expensive for my taste. It only costs about $27 at most online stores which makes fairly reasonable for a months supply if your taking it twice a day. I would recommend it to anyone who thinks that they are a creatine non responder, which I would have classified myself as since I never really felt the benefits of creatine before taking this product.

i just finished my container of swole and wasnt that impressed with it. Before that I had Vitargo and liked that a bit more, though it's more expensive. I'm thinking of trying xpand or something else next round....any suggestions?

I was going to get Xpand if Swole didn't do much for me but Swole worked alright in my case so I never got around to trying Xpand. Some people say that they have gotten really good results with Xpand but I haven't personally tried it yet. If you do try it please let us know how it works.

Swole V2...I'll have to try it. I've used V 12 and quickly gained 5 lbs then as soon as I cycle I loose what little weight I gained. I am a skinny guy so that might have something to do with it. V 12 also affected my mood especially on resting days. If I didn't hit the gym watch out .

I haven't tried much of the newer creatine's lately, only Monohydrate. What is the difference between the Micronized, CEE, Monohydrate as far as gains and such?

I start to get big with the Monohydrate version, the only problem is dry mouth. No matter how much water I drink I'm still thirsty.
