Question Taurine?

anyone take this? Suppose to enhance mental focus, it's pretty cheap stuff, thought I might throw some in my pre-workout shake...any thoughts?

its definitely worth a shot. i use it, but honestly cant link the benefits i get from just the taurine. i use it in addition to alcar and ginkgo biloba, the three together help my concentration in the gym. give it a shot, its cheap and might give you a little energy boost as well. i use 3 g when i wake up, 5 g pre work out and 3 g post work out

I used it when I was running high doses of CLen to alleviate the cramps...worked quite well I used 5g per day. Oh and beware of the "Hershey squirts" if you take too much Taurine as 11g per day seems like quite a bit to me. They will let you know when you need to back down on the dose. Dang, that was a lot more graphic then I expected it to be.

LOL! I'm sorry Fpot, I noticed you edited so maybe you went into more detail with the story and decided to roll it back!
