Can I take kre-alkalyn 1500 and a recovery supplement or should i just stick to one because of the creatine levels.

if you're looking for another supplement as well to aid in recovery, Glutamine can work wonders as well. I've been taking it for some time and have definitely noticed the difference in my recovery times between workouts. Especially on leg days!

and of course whey for sure. No brainer.
Personally I've been on and off creatine for a long time, and it's one supplement that I haven't noticed in my recovery times. But what works for one, may not work for another!

I'd stick with creatine mono--I am completely unimpressed with Kre-Akalyn. There's NO evidence creatine needs to be "buffered."

Eat a gram of protein per lean lb of body weight and get enough calories and sleep. "Recovery" supplements don't make much difference.
