I have finished off my bottle of Dicana, and ive also stopped using stizm as of friday the 3rd. I regret the crappy timing of the last few weeks, I knew the impending work i had would divert attention away from training, but i didnt know that it would be this detrimental.

I finished this trial at a wieght of 219lbs, and i've seemingly lost little to no strength. I kept the dosages low on both the dicana and the stizm, peaking at 3 caps and 4 caps respectivly. The stack undoubtedly would have had more of an impact at higher dosages. It would also have gone better if I didnt have to deal with 12-15hr days at work, and all the b.s. that goes with it. I will say that had i been able to stick with my original training schedual, this would have turned out much better.

My overall opinion of this stack is 8 out of 10. I feel as though both products are very effective, and can aid in fat loss significantly. I especially like the fact that dicana is not a stim. This adds to both the usability, and stackability factors. Stizm was exactly what i had exspected, and did its job in both the energy and hunger management departments.

The only negatives I will associate with this stack are hypothetical. If i was to run dicana again I would need to up the dosage, so two bottles would be needed. At that point price becomes an issue. However, I will say it would be a stack worth saving for IMO. And for someone like me, only one bottle of stizm would be required.
