Default Thermogenicthyrotabs Any good?

I am considering thaking thermogenic-Thyrotabs. I have heard good things from a few people at the gym and was wondering what you guys thought. They boost your thyroid production; therefore=more metabolism, right. My friend took them and said he lost like 5 lbs. a week consistantly. thyrotabs+diet+cardio+gym. Any input?
Thanks

Well honestly if you want the best exercise performance benefits instead of coffee just take a caffeine pill. Most studies are done of CAFFEINE not coffee and it has been consistently demonstrated that caffeine produces a much bigger benefit than coffee...it's figured that something in coffee interferes with the benefits you get from caffeine alone. All of this in regards to endurance activity but caffeine has never been shown to have an effect on maxmum muscle strength. I tend to think caffeine would work much better in general though.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.
