That would definitely not be worth the trouble.

Just eat some protein (chicken, etc) in your last meal before you go to bed and you'll be just fine. It isn't like all your muscle will waste away while you are asleep.

I do. And I have some cottage cheese before bedtime, along with some good fats.

I know what you mean Eric. I've noticed there are trends among supps, online, in person, everywhere in the weights-sports. You guys remember cinnamon, and citruline? Haven't heard about them in a while. I have noticed better gains since I have started eating more slower-digesting proteins before bedtime. Extraordinary? No. An aid, maybe. I like to venture out, but I know where you're coming from, E. What about Compressed Casein Tablets lol.
