Dont waste your money on vitamin C, B12, caffeine, and 15g of protein. Go buy a 5lb jug of whey.

I remember this stuff. I used it about 12yrs ago. It was strong stuff then. I think they have down graded it alot.

i know its been months old.. but i don't care. that stuff use to be illegal because of what it had in it. now its back but weaker. it taste like crap!!!!!!! i swear its just nasty as hell i got a free sample and what hell i drank like a sip and just spat it out. so so discusting. spend your money on creatine
