Cool Too many to chose from.

Trying to find the right combination and need direction. I have been lifting for a little over seven months now and have dabbled in pre workout formulas. Started with Force Factor and didnt seem to get anything from it, then moved on to NO Explode stacked with Nitrix. I really liked the NO Explode with the Nitrix. I walked into a Complete Nutrition where i had intended to buy more NO Explode and he talked me into trying Buzzerk. Did not like it at all, didnt seem to do anything for me. My goal is to cut the body fat as well as build muscle while still getting the pre workout boost of energy. What would you suggest?

For pre-workout energy, eat a solid meal 1 hour before you hit the gym consisting of protein carbs and fat. This should be one of your higher calorie meals of the day.

Same with your post-workout meal. And you should immediately drink a fast-absorbing carb/protein shake made of whey protein and simple carbs like dextrose and maltodestrose. Like Carbo Force or Ultra Fuel.

Force factor is a complete scam as far as I'm concerned (see force factor scam).

If you are looking to get big and strong you need to make sure your diet and training are in order--stop looking for results in supplements. Yes, protein and creatine can help a little, but supplements don't make that much difference. Most of what is sold out there is crap.
