Default Universal Nutrition Storm?

Has anyone used Universal Nutrition Storm? If so, did you like it?
Thanks,
Smokey

Wow bro, I haven't seen you in almost a year! Still fighting the good fight over there protecting the streets?

I personally haven't tried Storm, but I heard a lot of good things. It's very cheap and has a lot of ingredients that are found in more expensive brands such as MAN products. 80 servings for $28 is better than a lot of monohydrate brands.

If you have the time, you can read a lot of reviews on BN's website here Looks like good marks across the board.

I looked at that and was surprised at the price. Certainly not bad. I have to wonder why they put the mono in it at all since it must be such a small amount. The other things in it especially the citurlline are probably underdosed from what you would normally want. But if the creatines are good quality for that price I wouldn't worry about all that.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.

Probably for a filler and eye candy. If they put more mono than Magnesium Creatine Chelate, they'll cut cost down. I see it's a trend with almost every creatine blend.

You're right, duh! I don't know the suggested dose of magnesium creatine chelate but since I've seen no info that di and tri creatine malate has ANY absorption advantage and assuming it could be 4.5 grams of mono and a smattering of the rest for ME I'd be wary and would just get CEE or something bulk along with cit malate and any of the other ingredients you may be interested in so you can CONTROL THE DOSE.

Most of the reviews are talking about the PUMPS which is meaningless but it sounds like it works as well as most good creatine products.

Thanks for the replies guys. I've taken creatine on, and off for ten years. Tried the cell tech stuff. Too expensive. I've been taking sci tech creatine mono with grape juice. This product looked pretty reasonable price wise.

That's 10-4! Still patrolling the highways. I've got a lawn business on the side to. Haven't had much time. But, with the cooler weather it's slowing down. The wife has gotten into working out. So, that helps with getting in the gym. I get to train, and still get to spend that "quality" time together.
