Default Which Vitamins?

I was just curious as to what vitamins you guys take? It seems as if I am always reading news about the new benefits of certain vitamins/minerals and tend to get sucked into the latest "scientific reports".

Here are my essentials:
Multivitamin without Iron (for men)
Vitamin C - General health and sickness prevention.
Vitamin A&D - Because of deficiency in my lowfat diet.
Vitamin E - Probally going to stop taking this, don't remember why I have the bottle in the first place :P
ZMA - Strength, Test Levels, and Sleep

So which do you guys take and why?

I will take a men's multi vitamin or I get a liquid multi vitamin from max muscle. I also take extra calcium, potassium, b-complex. That's pretty much it for the normal vitamin stuff.

How many of u buy the damn animal pak vitamins? They werent able to make me buy that shit with their crazy advertisements, I would never buy those. I am all for centrum or for the store brand if available. Yea, I do take B6 if I see the need for it, also B complex with lot of water, works for me better than redbull.

Screw designer multivits. I stick with Centrums that last me nearly a year long and are alot cheaper. I remember this one guy at GNC was trying to sell me some men's multivitamins for nearly $50 for half quantity. I just laughed and walked over to Osco
