It all depends. Some weightgainers suck for postworkout nutrition. Beverly International's mass maker, for example, only has somewhere around 10 grams of whey in it. I would highly recommend mixing some whey in there. Others like N-Large-2 have around 45 grams of whey so mixing more would not be beneficial. Most of the time if I'm on the go, I'll mix 1 scoop of 100% whey in with a half serving of Serious Mass. Serious Mass has 2 scoops for a serving, and somewhere around 10 servings per container. So if I take 1 scoop which has around 150 grams of carbs and a scoop of 100% whey, that's a good way to stretch out your supply.
