Post Vitamins or Supplements??

I have been reading Arnolds bodybuilding book and he was talking about vitamins and what they do for you and how good they are..
so my question is should i just take vitamins instead of supps? and should can i take them all at once?
these are the ones i would like to take

Pyruvic acid,Polyphenols,Ornithine,Arginine,Lipoic acid ,L-carnitine,
HMB,Guar guam ,Glutamine,Conjugated linoleic acid (CLA)
Chrysin,Tribulus terrestris,Green tea,Gotu kola,Garcina sambogea,
Echinacea purpurea,Eleutherococcus senticosus,Vitamin b1 (thiamin)
Vitamin b2 (Riboflavin)

Vitamins are a form of supplement.

Take creatine monohydrate, a good protein supplement, a multivitamin, and fish oil. That's all you need. You are wasting money on all that stuff.

vitamins, minerals, then protein....most importantly before these you need a good diet
