I wouldn't attribute significant weight loss to a supplement. Maybe (along with hard work ) to increases in muscle mass which is contrary to "weight" loss. When first trying to lose weight, 4lb in a week is likely a few pounds of water. When I first tried Atkins, I lost 6lb the first week (not advocating that diet btw).

No I have been using the same diet just without the shake. But yes I notice about 2 pounds more a week with the shake.

Yes I let my calories fluctuate. I will have one week with 2000 then do this diet for a week. It kinda tricks the metabolism to burn negative amount calories.

Yes you have. Keep in mind that Pitysister knows a LOT more than you do. If he says something, it's not idle speculation.

Ok if thats the case then why have the areas tightened up really well where I have lost the weight?

I am not saying he doesnt know what he is talking about but everyones body and workout routine is different.

I think I know my body much better than anyone else does.

Well if your eating about 20 cans of tuna a day and a few lbs of grapefruit , then MAYBE you will keep some muscle and lost some fat. I have a feeling that's not the case.
