Hey im 17 and weigh 130 pounds and im 5 foot 8. Im way to small. I wanna bulk up. I have been workin out for over 2 months and have seen no gain in strength. Im curently takin NO Explode and protein. What am i doing wrong? My workouts are crazy cause i feel the burn and i let my muscles rest. I wanna get bulked up to like 160-170. Any suggestions? Thanks

People will need a whole lot more info as to diet, training, etc. I'd say if you are going for a burn that may be part of you problem since the burn usually means lactic acid buildup which can mean you are working in the endurance range rather than the strength building and/or muscle building range. I'm talking in vague generalities here because I have no idea what you are doing.

I'll have to state something obvious here: There is no way someone could tell you what you are doing wrong if you haven't told them what you are doing

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.

First, pick a good program, not one you found in the latest issue of a muscle mag. Second, post up your nutrition, because i gaurantee thats lacking.

Try asking this question in the training forum, thats probably where you need to be. Get your training and eating down. Like the other fellars said give us your program etc and well fix you up

The statistics on sanity are that one out of every four persons is suffering from some sort of mental illness. Think of your three best friends -- if they're okay, then it's you.
