Default what is the best protein shake?

i just wanna know what the best protein shake is. ive been using muscle milk for awhile, and its really increased my endurance, and helped me put on size. My only concern with it is the level of fat and calories. im j/w are there any other shakes that help put on size and strength just as well but without all the high calories? and if so should i just take a creatine supplement with it, because there isnt that ingredient that increases creatine production?

If Muscle Milk is working for you than why do you wish to change? Why fix what is not broken?

Perhaps the extra calories are in fact helping with your gains. The fat in muscle milk is in the form of MCT oils which is known as 'good' fat so don't fret.

I didn't understand your question about creatine use...

I dont believe muscle milk contains any creatine, so if you want to use it you will need to add it to the shake.

It says on the side of my empty Muscle Milk container that it contains "Creatine GCC" I really don't know what that is, but I wouldnt depend on it as your source of creatine. I would advise that you to pick up something like monohydrate, CEE.
