Muscle milk is mostly casein. It has a lot of fat in it. And the carbs are high GI. Muscle milk is okay to take in the mornings. It is a shitty post workout protein in my opinion. Read the "How to Cut" sticky in the fatloss forum. I'm not familiar with hydroxylean. Post your routine and diet somewhere if you haven't already...that will dictate what you can do. Not any supplements.
