Default What suplements to take due to high blood pressure

Hi! I have been lifting since may 2006(And about 6 times a week). I Have high blood pressure and take blood pressure medicine.I Only take mega men multi vit.And also take whey protien and eats plenty of protien during the day. I weigh about 175 and are 5"11". I would like to take a fat burner but there is nothing out there that I know that I can take.(Mainley to try to get the abs where I would like them).Also is there anything else I should take to get larger and would help with the abs.Big thing is The blood pressure and my prescription. Just not sure what I can take that wont react with my prescription. If anyone knows please let me know.Thanks Happy lifting everyone!!!!!

wow lifting 6 days a week? That alone might raise your b.p. What is your training like?

So basically you are asking about supps for blood pressure, as well as non-stimulant cutting supps? I think I comprehend what you are asking.

For the BP, do some research on hawthorne berry (effects are cumulative, however, from what I've read), celery seed, and try getting more garlic into your diet. Also in general just take a good look at how you are eating. Have you ever had a stress test?

For a non-stim cutter, personally I've had luck using the following (some in combination, some separately): Camphibolic, Sesamin, Melting Point, and Dicana.
