Just about any whey protein you could name there is someone who will claim it gave them the shits. No offense but it's usually a personal problem. I've used body fortress products. They have had some bad tasting proteins but the bad taste was from the high amount of hydrolized whey they would put in their mix (the one I had a few times) before better tasting hydrolyzed whey was produced. That is a whey isolate basically and you usually don't get a bunch of it from an inexpensive mix. I've used body fortress creatine and others. Never had a problem and have seen the products come up countless times at consumerlab.com and they have always passed muster. From what I can see it seems to be a good quality brand...taste of protein notwithstanding.

And yes, Pity the creatine is fine.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.

I did try there creatine before too sadly to say it was by far worst creatine i ever used made the mistake of takin the whole bottle it screwed up my stomach really bad bloated me. I dont use creatine anymore. The last bein kre Alkylyn by far the best creatine i ever used, and in my opinion better much better than muscle techs creakik. I mean what the hell is ros anyways sounds like science fiction. Anyway after my experiments with creatine. I'm left with the conclusion if ur eatin right and trainin hard you dont really need it.

As far as protein goes you get what you pay for. I like complete whey myself (cytosport) or syntha six(BSN).

You were probably taking huge amounts of it and "loading it". I've heard this all before man, a million times. Most everybody uses plain old creatine monohydrate (which is what the BF is) and doesn't have these huge problems unless they follow the label directions and take gargantuan amounts of it to "load" it.

I've been taking creatine monohydrate for at least 9 years and the only time it ever gave me those same problems is when I first started taking it and simply used too much. Every body who has complained of these problems have pretty much always confirmed taking large uneeded amounts. But I agree it is not absolutely "needed". But it is a lot more useful than much of the stuff you've named. Supplemental lysine, ornithine, and arginine, to name a few.

If u really want to be hardcore try eatin cans of sockeye salmon 75 grams of protein there for 2 bucks, or Jack mackeral 100 grams a can. Dont taste bad if u know how to eat it. Dont give me the shits but I will fuck up a bathroom for about 2 hours after a dump salute.

I've bought plenty of supplements from wal-mart. There's nothing wrong with their stuff, I've yet to have a problem.

It works like any decent creatine mono would. I'm glad all that other stuff "works" for you. It don't work for many people .

Not sure we all need to hear about your bowel problems, btw.
