Default What are you stacking on?

Hi Im new to the boards here and I have been working out for just over a year now consistently. Im 18 years old, 5"11 and 180 pounds and max 200 on the bench press. I have studied up lots on supplements and wondering what do you recommend and what are you personally takeing.

Im currently taking

-No2 Performance-Enchancing Hemodilator Platinum
-Bulgarian Patented Tribulus
-Xpand Creatine
-ZMA
-Whey Protein
-Multi Vitamin

Have tried

-Anti-estrogen

I have read lots on Tribulus and have talked to a lady from GNC saying that tribulus isnt doing much for me at 18 as its only noticebly effects those over 25 who are decreaseing in testostrone with age. So am wasteing money there?

I will be taking Animal Pak and Animal Stak 2, just waiting on the mail.

Received and been taking for aprox 1 1/2 weeks. Will let you know how things work later.

Works well. love them

I starting out only with no-xplode and protein, but now i am on.
I have been doing this for 4 weeks and went up 30lbs in bench.

-Ergo max (which is banned now)
-propostanal (also banned)
-protein
-glutamine

So far it works awesome.

Please dont use steroids till your 25, or have reached your genetic limit ... you will thank me later.

Why the NO? Useless.

At 18, you should have enough test flowing thru you for six people. You don't need the trib.

You are taking No2 AND Xpand? Overkill--both have the NO in them, don't they?

Food is the best supplement.

The only thing you might need is creatine and a protein supplement. Whey is fine, but I'd add some casein protein in there, too, to take at night where the slower absoption will be of benefit. I use this sometimes and really like it. It is so tasty and it mixes awesome: Nitrean

Oh, and keep the multi.

BG5150 has a good recomendation about the creatine and protein supplements.
Personaly I think whey is enough, Casein is a good protein, but can get expensive. If you want the effect of it they take your whey with milk, before bed that will slow things down. During the day (ie; before,during or after a workout) take the whey with water. It may not taste as good, but the effect is way better.

expensive casein protein can be replaced with cottage cheese... lots of it. haha

add that into your diet.
