Default What's better to use, Whey Protein or Muscle Milk?

I am trying to bulk up. I am 6'1" and about 174 lbs. I take creatine monohydrate and have always used whey protein. Would I see better results with muscle milk? Any help would be great, thanks.

If you're looking to use it as more of a calorie boost and/or meal replacement, Muscle Milk would be better.

As far as use for just PWO protein, a regular whey would be better.

Depends on what you want. For me I prefer good ole Whey.

I would say.. whole natural foods would be best.

Use whey protein and the like for what it is... a supplement to your natural protein intake.

^ yeah.

i don't think you would see any different results between the two as long as your diet is on point.
