I have started to take Pharma PHD Protein, the instructions advise 1-2 scoops in the morning and again after workout.
Is this a general guideline and does it differ for each person depending on when they work out, the reason I ask is will taking at 7AM be doing me any good if my workout is not until 6PM after work.
Also, on my weights rest day when I go for a run should I still be taking the supplements, and even on the day where I do no training at all should I still take the supplements.
