I am a firm believer in the following: protein, creatine, multi vitamin. For extra energy I take a pre workout. I have post workout shake of whey, dextrose, and creatine. But all of my food comes from whole wheats and grains, tuna, chicken, turkey, vegetables, and cottage cheese. DRINK A TON OF WATER!
