I use both. I use N-Large-2 postworkout because it isn't as thick and is easier on my stomach. Serious Mass I take midday just for a big deposit of carbs/calories. Serious Mass has a protein blend of egg protein and whey whereas N-Large has whey concentrate. They both have
50 grams :eek: of protein. (for clarification this is in water not milk

Serious Mass is a rip-off unless you use 1 scoop a day instead of the recommended 2. That's how to make it last. For bulking, I'd recommend the two together.
