Default Whey

With regards the Whey Protein you take, is it a good idea to change brands every so often or to stick with what you know? Not sure if your body can get used to one type and it becomes less effective?

It’s not necessary but on occasion I might if I can get a good deal. Mostly I just change flavors. ON WHEY Gold Standard is my first choice.

the only difference is really the concentration of protein per scoop and a bunch of stuff like that.. to me its all the same. when i go to get some i usually look for the most grams of protein per each serving (the more of that the less clumpy and disgusting it's going to be) and the cheapest price for the greatest quantity.

i agree with Dr.X i always go for on's gold standard. i think its one of the best out there as far as taste, and is nicely priced.

Outlaw,
It really depends on what you are using your protein for and when you take it. I have found that certain proteins work best for certain needs as well as certain times during the day (or night). Is there any specific type of protein you are looking for?
I have found that like X mentioned, I only change flavors now because I have a definent set of 3 'different' types of protein blends I use depending on my needs at the time. So I differ for taste reasons... besides, you don't want to taste chocolate for the rest of your life right?
