Eat the whole egg and eat lots of them. There are tons of weight gains you can take. Muscle Milk has a decent one. I think it's around 500 calories a shake. that should help. You need calories and protein

Ok,will eat the whole egg.
Will you recommend Optimum Whey Protein and maybe some creatine or aminio acids for me?And please please tell me is sleep thing a big issue?

Your sleep does not have to be directly after the gym but a good long sleep is best for muscle recovery/growth. 8hrs would be a good place to start.
