Your sleep does not have to be directly after the gym but a good long sleep is best for muscle recovery/growth. 8hrs would be a good place to start.

Sleep is very important for recovery. Get a good nights sleep. On Whey is a good product. I use it myself. Aminos are great as well.

I work at nights so no night sleep possible :(.I sleep for about 3-4 hours in the morning and then about an hour in the afternoon.
So do you recommend On Whey only?My trainer said Creapure Protein+Amino Acids is a good choice.

Well I recommend more then 5 hrs sleep per day. Just find a protein you like. Main thing is get a lot of real food and make sure you have a pwo shake for recovery. Spanking your monkey will not hinder growth.

My trainer has changed my routine

Monday----
Bench Press 3 sets
Incline Press 2 sets
Front Shoulder 2 sets
Arnold Press 2 sets
Tricep Pulley 2 sets
Tricep Pushdown 2 sets

Tuesday----
Squat 3 sets
Leg Curl 2 sets
Lats Pulley 2 sets
Ground Pulley 2 sets
Shrugs 2 sets
Incline Dumbell 3 sets
Barbell Curl 2 sets
Wrist Curl 2 sets

Wednesday---- Rest

Thursday---- Same as monday

Friday---- Same as tuesday

Saturday---- Rest

Now is this routine good for gaining muscle size?
Also does abs exercise results in loss of muscle size?

Thanx

have you ever tried...not using machines....eating alot...and doing big compound exercises? squats, deads, bench, pullups, rows.

if you have the genetics...the bodypart stuff may work. but probably not.
