Default Muscle Asylum Project

I thought I'd post about this...I just got a sample box today with all of their products. It's the same company that makes Muscle Tech products.

I tried the NO booster before my workout today. I gave my workout buddy the other sample. Neither one of us could tell even the slightest difference. I couldn't even feel the caffeine in it and I'm caffeine sensitive...as in if I have a caffeinated drink after 3:00pm, I won't fall sleep till 4:00 in the morning. I didn't expect anything from this anyway, I was just taking it for the hell of it.

The protein...I tried the chocolate today. It's only 17 grams of protein per scoop which isn't particularly high. It tasted..not bad, but definitely not good, and did not mix well in milk. They put a proprietary blend of amino acids, creatine, etc. The blend is 1.95 grams. Overall not a good protein..and expensive!

The post workout mix might be okay. It tastes decent. Another proprietary blend, 17 grams. The first two things listed are maltodextrin and creatine monohydrate. How much? Your guess is as good as mine.

It also came with a fat burner, but I gave that away. I don't even remember what was in it. I know it's pretty expensive anyway.

The #1, absolute best thing that came in the box was......a FREE t-shirt! I'm sure I'll get more use out of that than all of the other stuff. Although honestly, I'm kind of embarrassed to wear it. Who would want to rep this stuff?

In short...don't waste your money.

Correction. I went to bed at around 11:30, but didn't fall asleep until sometime after 2:00. Damn caffeine!..stupid me for taking it in the evening.
