Just now I am. I opened my second bottle today. For me at least, it takes a full bottle before any really noticible effects take shape. I read a lot of reviews at Bulk that say otherwise, but you simply cannot trust them like you can me! I'm only 3 lbs heavier at this point, but it looks like I dropped some bodyfat because I certainly look bigger in the mirror. IMO, hold off on spending all that money until I'm finished.

yeah i'm still a ways off from trying it. Even if you have very good results I may still hold off. i am planning on jumping right into my heavy bulker after i reach my cutting goal, I dont know if i want to jump right from xfactor to a ph/ps cycle. Might not be the best idea.

but that decision is still about 10-15lbs of fat away :D

Well guys, as promised I'm continuing to update this thread with my results. I posted this originally in my 5x5 journal, but figured I should post here as well just to follow through.

I didn't want to weigh myself until after the deload week since most of the gains stem from the rest. Curiosity got the best of me because I knew by looking at myself in the mirror that I packed on a good amount of mass.

So, this morning after waking up and getting ready for work I jumped on the scale. The fucking thing read a shade under 248 lbs! Pretty good after 4 weeks time. The reason why I'm impressed is because I went down a belt notch, needing my belt tighter meaning I possibly lost some bodyfat in the process. My wife the other day commented that I trimmed some off.

Was it the X Factor I've been taking for the past 5 weeks? All other supplementation remained the same. I have done this 5x5 program before and gained 4 lbs in five weeks after the deload.

Tomorrow marks day 40. Definately received some body recomp. I can visually see a drop in bodyfat and obvious gain in muscle. I also registered a pretty decent full body pump, but that could be due to the citrulline malate. I also had an increase in DOMS that first week although not half as bad as reported by others.

My take on this product so far is that it does work as reported by everyone else testing this product out. I gained a good amount of LBM and dropped some bodyfat. However, I never kept accurate track of the bodyfat so I'm only speculating on what I can see in the mirror. IMO, it IS noticible though.

-Is it the greatest thing since sliced bread?...Nope.

-Did it work?...Yup.

-Is it worth investing $100 in?...Depends on your value of the dollar. Is 5-10 lbs of LBM worth $100?...While still running the risk of not gaining a single pound?! Sure as fuck is to me!...Well, to be honest Santa Claus had a lot to do with it.

However, if people expect magic to happen I assure you it won't. I trained very hard the past 4 weeks and kept up a very difficult diet. My only other supplementation included the "big three": Protein, Creatine, and fairly high doses of BCAA's. The results weren't dramatic, all of a sudden. They were so subtle that I really didn't notice anything until recently. For me, the first bottle didn't do anything whatsoever. This is in line with what they are saying to expect from bottle 1...Nothing besides DOMS.

It took me halfway through the second bottle before I woke up and said, "wow"...This stuff might actually work.

I'm still hesitant to recommend everyone spending their hard earned cash-ola on this product. I'd hate to see someone with delusions of grandeur using a half-assed 6 day split spending their allowance mom and dad gave him hoping for 15 lbs of muscle and not get it. I don't need any hate mail. :( BUT, if your experienced enough with supplements, diet, and training...And know exactly what you want and have extra cash laying around -> Go for it.

Great conclusion 0311, I will probably hold for a while before buying it and will just add some BCAAs to my current stack.
