Default Xenadrine RFA-X

Well, my boss gave me a full bottle of this today. And no one has kept a log of a product that they were testing in quite a while. So.....I will see if I can get this section going again.

Xenadrine RFA-X is very similar to Hydroxycut Hardcore. I didn't know until today that MuscleTech or Iovate bought the Xenadrine name. The main difference over Hydroxycut Hardcore is the addition of Coleus forskholii and DMAE.

I think I'll go ahead with with the full dosage and start tomorrow. I'm familiar with thermogenic stims and it shouldn't be too much.

My diet right now.... I'm doing a CKD with carb ups every seven days. My target is 3000 calories per day with part of that being +250g of protein. Push/Pull/Leg routine with varying frequency. I end up walking for 30 minutes twice a week (not by choice).

Weight right now is 175lbs. Estimated 16-20% BF.

I'll add more info later....

Ok, I'm going to reduce my calories down to 2500, but I'll keep protein +200g/day. That should be plenty. And I'm not going to change my routine. My maintenance calories are 2600-2700 or somewhere thereabouts. I've had a lot of time off lately because of being sick & injured and whatnot, so I plan on getting stronger over the next month or so...I definitely lost some strength during my down time.

Calories have been right around 3,000 all week which is supposedly my maintenance number.

I haven't been able to feel much, if any, difference from the Xenadrine. I feel a little more focused, but not at all jittery.

I have lost 3lbs since starting the CKD on 10/10/08. I have been taking Xenadrine for 3 days now.
