Sixteen sets of arm curls anyone?

Just do 20 sets of assorted tricep extensions, anywhere from 12 to 16 reps. If that's not enough do it "several times a week". There, I've writen an awesome tricep routine!

ok.. now you've got me confused as wel... :(
