Default need help with man boobs

Hi, i'm pretty new at this, I'm really not interested in building muscle right now but i'm losing weight, i'm only about 5'6, i've gone from 200lbs down to 170, it seems like weight is coming off pretty evenly except i can't get rid of these huge breasts.

Does anyone know some exercises that burn fat off your chest??

Any help you could offer would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Welcome to the boards lars.

As far as getting rid of man boobs I don't think there is much you can do to really target fat loss specifically in that area. It is possible that you have gyno, but I am sure it is just your body holding onto the fat stores in your chest as many men store fat there. You could try to fill out your chest more with strength training so that it isn't as obvious and flattens out the area or maybe try a topical fat loss to the area like Lipoderm-Y. But I think your best bet is to just continue doing your exercises (make sure you use your upper body during cardio) and have a clean diet. Eventually they should disappear.

To add to what Sleazy said there is no such thing as spot reducution so that means you are going to have to diet, and workoff fat in general...I would start a good diet, and cardio program+weight training.

Start doing more decline bench presses and standing cable flies, and do like 200 pushups before u go to sleep for me. I have been doing that for about a month, and I can already see the differences.

Thanks guys!!!! As always I can count on this site and the people on it to give me great advice. I have a question about the cables. I have incorporated a lot of cables into my routine. What is the appropriate way to do cables for the lower pec. Is it standing straight up, leaning over or at a 45 degree angle? This I mean your body stance.

Do the standing cable flyes standing up, and also u can try incline cable flyes, just go to the bear hugging mode, arms all the way up and do the fly.
