Default 17st to 11st in a year

I’m a 20 year old man who from the ages of 11 to 19 was overweight and not very active. in starting my diet June 2005 to finishing it 5 months ago I have lost between 5 to 6 stone. I joined a gym in July of this year in order to get bigger and stronger and have been pleased with the results so far.

As a fellow former fatass I congratulate you on your achievement!

(I think 5-6 stone is what? 80lbs or so?)

Welcome to the forum. I hope you find it as useful as I have.
