So you're not doing single or dual factor ?
When did you start doing squats? Only reason I'm asking is your squat weight starting out, 205, is very low compared to your weight which is 190ish. Which would leave me to think that this is just a gain you would get from starting to use squats in your routines.
Also you've stated in a different thread that you can
bench 305. Which would also make me think that you just stated doing squats since your bench is so much more than your squat.
