Default 20 rep squats

has anyone tried these? they sound brutal. what were the results?
wouldnt doing this 3 times a week as sugested be overtraining " i am natural"?

Who the hell suggests doing them thrice a week?!

Once a week is more than enough. Results across the board are superb. The only way they work is if you use your 12-14 rep max for squats, and going for 20 reps. It sounds wrong, but if you basically rest for 2-3 deep breaths between reps, you'll get the job done.
