I'm going for mass...lots of it. But I'm also going to increase the big 3 as I go along via DF 5x5 and DFHT ;)
Here's what I'm shooting for by the end of the school year (may 2007):
+1/2 inch all over on upperbody minimum
+2 inches on legs
405x1 Dead
295x1 Bench
315x1 Squat
I'm at 365x3 for deads, 405 should be a snap
I'm at 265x1 for Bench, 295 should be attainable
I'm at 255-265x1 for Squat, so 315 is a stretch, but do-able.
The hypertrophy shit I've got in the bag because I've got my diet and training set for good bulking
