You're really taking away from your lifting this way. Your body cannot recover between sets like it should if you're doing intense cardio.

I'm not saying it's wrong but it certainly isn't optimal for muscle or strength building.

hmm, well doing this vs doing without i'm still doing the same weight and reps, and it seems as if i'm loosing my gut quicker now too from keeping my heart rate up.

i'll just concider this routine my "cut" routine
