Default 4x6?

I was told a couple days ago that 4 sets of 6 is a good routine to get into, anyone have any input on this?

This question has essentially been answered for you in another thread. 4x6 is not a 'routine' it's a rep range. There is nothing magical about it. Tell me what answer you are looking for and I will give you that one.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.
