I dislocated my knee cap playing soccer. The bad part is that it popped out because my foot was planted so much that when I kicked my shin stayed still while the rest of me kept rotating through the kick.
They said I wouldn't be able to squat or play soccer again (without knee problems), and I'm in the same boat as TALO. I'm not squatting 500lbs but my 400lb squat (pain free) is still alot more than, well, not ever being able to squat again.
