Hmm would it be possible to cut your hours a little bit at work if not thats a shame you possibly could consider goin to gym early in the morning get workout then quick shower then to work.

Is that even legal to have a minor work more than 40 hrs in a week?

have you seen a doctor about those headaches?

im 16 and some days i work 14 hours (entertainment business) its off the books but i think it is illegal (working that much) and your not allow to work past a certaint time. as far as making up the workouts honestly i would just forget about them dont try to make them up when you miss them they are lost days. I would say workout in the morning if you can then but since your running on the tight schedule coming home late and then working out early in the morning isnt a good idea. try to schedule your time as best as possible and never waste any time during the day thats usually how i will do things if i have lots of stuff to accomplish in one day.

14 hrs isn't working too much as a minor.

But what exactly is the entertainment business? ;) Do you provide "company" for people? Maybe a lap dance or two? LOL

Talking Headaches

Linebacker.........Go to the doctor and get the headaches checked.....If you have had them that long there may be serious problems.......I do not want to scare you but I lost my mother to a cerebral anyeurism that ruptured and she died immediately in her sleep (an anyeurism is a weak spot in the blood vessel that creates like a balloon, You can live with them but things like alcohol, high blood pressure, stress etc. has a serious effect on them)........Her complaint for a week or two before.....POUNDING HEADACHES!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I do know people that just get serious migraines but man for you sake PLEASE go ang get checked out.......................

Alright, here's my two cents. First off, I admire your working so many hours at your age. I did the same. I sorta have the same problem as you. I work 60 hours a week (5 days 12 hour bodyguarding) shifts. Now include a 2 hour drive in rush hour per day from Bev. Hills to my house. I still hit the gym an hour a day. So I guess it depends on how bad you want it. I also suffer from killer headaches (non-migranes)->Started since I came home from Iraq. Do you have migranes? If it's a tension headache then stop whinning ;) BTW, I know some of you will be curious as to why I think my problems come from Iraq. I can easily think of a few good ones...(I know everyone likes to hear cool stories)
1.We lived in a landfill for 4 days and 3 nights. For us grunts that means digging a skirmishers trench for a bed and good night. The worst part was that the place was completely lined with DPICM mines!
2.One of our biggest firefights we had to assault a town and it was surrounded by a chest deep moat of actual sewerage.
3.ect.ect.ect...You get my point.

Back to the issue. I feel HST is the answer for you for a couple different reasons.
1.Only make it 3 days a week to the gym. (M,W,F)
2.Aside from 3 or 4 workouts, you never train to failure so fatigue won't be a problem.
3.It's designed to not use heavy weights until the last 1-2 workouts of every mesocycle.
4.I think it's the absolute best program for someone like you.

Instead of just giving you a link to set it up yourself like some do, just pm me and I'll set you up nice.
